- I don't know where you shop, but Peripherals Plus has them (V.Everything
- internal) for $349. *That* price is justified not only by faster and more
- reliable transfer rates, but by the upgradable flash ROM, the excellent tech
- support (800#) and the fairly comprehensive manual that comes with it. The
- 2-way adaptive speed leveling is also nice for varying line conditions. The
- Courier is a *serious* modem. Geez, I wonder sometimes why people aren't hip
- to mail-order prices. "it's $500 price tag," ....heh
